Your Discord account
Sign-in gives us your Discord user ID, username, avatar and your membership and verified-role status in California State Roleplay. Casino sign-in does not request your email or your full server list. A limited Discord access token is encrypted on the server so we can confirm access.
Coins and games
We store your cash and bank balances, work and robbery cooldowns, transactions, game choices, bets, results, payouts and timestamps. This keeps your website and Discord balances consistent and lets you resume an interrupted game. Verified players can see recent bets, including your Discord username and avatar. Staff can inspect game and transaction records. Changes staff make to a balance are recorded with the administrator, reason, time and before and after amounts.
Cookies and connection records
A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days, limited by Discord token expiry. Session identifiers are hashed in storage. We bind sessions to your IP address and browser user-agent to help prevent stolen cookies being used from another connection. We keep encrypted connection records including IP address, route, time and signed-in user ID for abuse investigation. Sound preferences are saved in your browser. Interrupted requests temporarily keep a request identifier and game inputs in browser session storage so a retry does not debit your coins twice.
Security and retention
Production connections use HTTPS. Discord tokens and detailed game and transaction records are encrypted at rest. Private data is available only to authorised staff; staff sign-in requires an authenticator. Sessions expire or are revoked when you sign out, leave the Discord server or lose verification. Connection and security logs are retained for up to 30 days. Coin balances and game records remain while needed to operate the community economy and investigate disputed activity.
